MOTIVATION
Motivation of students to improve efficiency of effort is a concern to administrators and instructional staff. This pathway is possible when the proper environment is provided, scheduling of time takes place, and a holistic goal is part of any school. Motivation toward efficiency is locked into the type of method deployed and the environment the school provides.
SCHEDULE
Scheduling with a flexible program during the regular school day shall provide time for motivation toward expanded learning, research in the scientific method, study in the core subjects, continuous evaluation, and holistic activities.
Futuristic Pathways for Education shall provide scheduling and training programs to accommodate flexible blocks to lead students through a student-centered day.
STAFF
Staff requirements shall be part of the supervisory and instructional staff. A few specialists from the local area shall be considered for the self-actualization offered. The key staff shall be trained by Futuristic Pathways for Education to provide the leadership and services necessary.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Various administrative and instructional staff shall be offered the opportunity to have a roll in the Futuristic Pathways for Education Plan for the school. Positions such as core subject master presenter, cultural arts master presenter, and on-site data calculation advisor are all keys to the school attaining a Best Practice mode of operation.
