The parent company is Shawnee Creek Associates formed in 1995.  A number of successful subsidiaries have operated under this parent company.  These subsidiaries are as follows: an insurance agency, a real estate company, a private resident park, a computer programming company, and a working ranch.

 

 Barbara J. Tyson, Ed.D.:  Dr. Tyson is the creator of Futuristic Pathways for Education.  Dr. Tyson invested twenty-three years in education with public schools, universities, and a regional education office as a Consultant Specialist.  After retirement Dr. Tyson continued to apply her skills to form startups in four successful companies.  She has over 40 years of business and education experience as a successful entrepreneur.

Consultant: V. Jeanne Harris, B.S.  Ms. Harris serves as technology and scheduling consultant.  Ms. Harris provides a rich history in engineering, construction design, computer programming, planning, and experience in private business management.  Ms. Harris is responsible for development of successful enterprises from construction to operation.

Adjunct Consultant:  Janis Hamiter Boyd   Ms. Boyd is a retired federal employee with years of experience in administration.  Ms. Boyd shall use her expertise as an administrative assistant for marketing and research.

Adjunct Consultant:  Janie Allen, B.S.   Ms. Allen is a retired educator.  She brings support in a variety of creative fields such as drama, language arts, writing, marketing, and communications. Ms. Allen brings strength in Methods and Materials for Language Arts, Public Relations, and Drama.  Leadership in community projects with her church and school have provided a proven record of quality.

Adjunct Consultant: Judy Phillips, B.S. Ms. Phillips has over thirty years of experience in the public schools from elementary level through secondary level in science. She recently published an interpretative manual for a local organization to be used in the public school’s science programs. Ms. Phillips is a true innovative specialist in scientific research and classroom study.

Adjunct Consultant: Terry Boyd, B.S.   Ms. Boyd served in the US Navy.  After honorably discharge, Ms. Boyd was employed with a Department of the Navy  until retirement.  During that time, Ms. Boyd became a Black Belt trainer in Lean/Six Sigma Management. Ms. Boyd brings a can do attitude to groups.  She shall lead the way for inquiry with patience and discipline.

Adjunct Consultant: Judith B. Carlson, Ph.D.  Dr. Carlson retired from education with experience in public schools and universities.  Dr. Carlson is one of those rare innovative thinkers and shall contribute to creative methods and materials for teachers.  Dr. Carlson provides a variety of experience in the cultural arts arena.

Adjunct Consultant: Joyce Colman, B.S.    Ms. Colman brings many skills to the organization from private business, management in government programs, Montessori teaching, computer science, and engineering.  Ms. Colman shall furnish innovative ideas on classroom design, guidance for methods and materials, and management of students to help teachers reach success with students.
